18K white gold 2.16 carats of unheated sapphire handpickd by Cleo, accented with 1.79 carats of colorless diamonds. The center stone comes with a GRS report stating that the 2.16 carat natural sapphire has no indications of heating, royal blue and originates from Burma.
Earrings - customized to be worn in 3 ways. The yellow diamond parts are detachable and can go with two separate hooks to form a causual version for the day time.
