All e-gift certificates will be emailed to the recipient once the order is completed. To redeem online, enter the e-gift certificate code at the shopping bag page. Cleo Lam Jewelry e-gift certificates cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Cleo Lam Jewelry is not liable for lost or stolen e-gift certificates. If you have placed an e-gift certificate order and the e-gift certificate code has not been received within 24 hours, please check your junk mail box as the email may be routed to your spam folder and check that you have given the correct email address.
