For all resize and repair inquiries, please email us at cs@cleolam.com. Please include your name, description of the service required, photo of the damage in the case of repair, and proof of purchase. Resize estimates will be given through emails. Repair estimates will be given once the jewelry is received and evaluated by the atelier. Resize and repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the service. We will return your item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
All resize and repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
