Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. All of our fine jewelry is made to order in our atelier and typically ship within 2-3 weeks from the purchase date. Special orders take approximately 4-8 weeks to produce and ship. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Please review your order carefully. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. Cleo Lam Jewelry reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse sales placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Cleo Lam Jewelry.
All purchases from www.cleolam.com are made pursuant to the terms and conditions found on the Website. All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
All deliveries require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery. Please provide a shipping address where someone can sign to accept the delivery during normal business hours. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping charges, duties and taxes vary according to the destination country and are added to your order at checkout when you confirm your shipping address.
